Support is provided by our team of professional counsellors, consultants, and therapists who have extensive experience in the K–12 sector across the Canadian education system and at every professional level—from union members, to teachers and administrators, to superintendents, to district leadership teams. We take pride in working well with everyone by cultivating strong and trusting relationships.
Once we receive your referral, a rehabilitation consultant will contact you within 48 hours by your preferred method of communication to confirm your program eligibility and schedule an initial consultation. During the initial consultation, the rehabilitation consultant will review your case with you and suggest the next steps to begin to address your specific challenges and barriers. Next, the rehabilitation consultant will develop a customized plan to help you move forward with your personal wellness challenges in the context of your work role. The goal is that, by the end of the program, you will have all the tools and skills necessary to remain healthy and durable in your work role.
Maintaining the confidentiality of our clients is an important component of our programs. Your personal information will not be shared without your express consent. Specific medical information will not be shared with the employer; however, functional information may be shared to assist with job accommodation or return to work with your consent.
