Early Intervention

Early Intervention offers an excellent opportunity to be proactive in managing your health and well-being. It is designed to provide you with quick and easily accessible resources and counsel on how to best navigate your health-related concerns so that you can remain well at work.

The objective of Early Intervention is to support and empower people experiencing personal and/or professional disruption as a result of illness, injury, or disability. By participating in an Early Intervention program you will be connected with an EIP consultant who will equip you with the tools and resources you need to address your health-related challenges so that you can stay at work or resume your work roles in a safe and durable manner.
