Lynda is a kinesiologist and rehabilitation consultant for Humanworks. She has many years’ experience in the disability management field, as well as with functional and ergonomic assessments and active rehabilitation for individuals recovering from injuries.
Lynda earned her Bachelor of Physical Education in Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba. She is a practicing kinesiologist with the BC Association of Kinesiologists, and a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator (CWCE). She has been working with the BC Teachers’ Federation Health and Wellness program for several years.
Lynda lives in Prince George with her family. In her spare time, she keeps busy as a mountain bike instructor, a group fitness leader, and tending her mini farm.
