Start feeling well again with the Well at Work program

Sponsored by the Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP) and the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association (OECTA), the Well at Work program is administered by Humanworks and provides eligible members with:

• Personalized care from experienced professionals.
• Support with stay or return-to-work strategies, including work accommodation solutions.
• Unique understanding of the needs of the education community.

Whether it’s illness, injury, or mental health-related, the Well at Work program offers early access to specialized support for teachers experiencing health or wellness challenges that may impact their work and personal life. Through the program, teachers can expect to be connected with experienced professionals (by email, phone and through video calling) who truly understand the unique needs of the education community. The teacher will receive personalized strategies for staying healthy at work, navigating a return to work, or accessing any health-related accommodation the teacher may need.
